The Warehouse Receiving Associate in our Indianapolis, IN office is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting all inbound materials with in the ERP system for our 10k sqft warehouse. This role ensures all shipments are unloaded safely, verified against documentation, routed to the appropriate storage locations, and maintain accurate inventory.

We do not consider C2C (Corp-to-Corp) or 1099 contract arrangements.

The Warehouse Receiving Associate in our Indianapolis, IN office is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting all inbound materials with in the ERP system for our 10k sqft warehouse. This role ensures all shipments are unloaded safely, verified against documentation, routed to the appropriate storage locations, and maintain accurate inventory.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter all inbound product information into the ERP system NetSuite
- Unload incoming deliveries using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other approved equipment
- Verify all inbound shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and Bills of Lading
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues immediately
- Maintain accurate receiving logs and shipment documentation
- Verify that quantities, item numbers, and lot or serial details match purchase order data within NetSuite
- Apply labels, barcodes, and identification tags to all received materials
- Upload or attach digital copies of Bills of Lading, packing slips, and inspection notes directly into NetSuite records
- Ensure that all transactions are completed in real time to support inventory accuracy and operational visibility
- Collaborate closely with the ISP Team and the Warehouse Operations Specialist to ensure the accurate and efficient placement of all incoming materials
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to support accuracy
- Organize materials within the designated receiving area for efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and hazard‑free receiving dock and work area, following all safety regulations, equipment protocols, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of compliance and awareness
- Communicate shipment issues or delays to supervisors
- Work cross functionally with company departments to support efficient daily operations
- Assist in cross‑functional warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- AS degree from accredited college or university preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse receiving & material handling required
- Strong computer and data entry skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications and Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferably NetSuite
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
- Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, some OT available with Manger approval
