PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions servicing the Life Sciences sector, is seeking a Site Integration Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of projects that connect new facilities to existing pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing utility tie-ins, modifications to existing facilities, and other site integration projects while minimizing impacts to ongoing GMP production.

Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
  • Manage a portfolio of site integration and utility tie-in projects from planning through turnover.
  • Coordinate project scope, budget, schedule, contractor performance, and project risks.
  • Partner with Operations to plan shutdowns, production impacts, and change control activities.
  • Coordinate utility tie-ins and modifications with engineering, construction, and operations teams.
  • Lead contractor activities in operating facilities, including site access, training, GMP requirements, and restricted area compliance.
  • Promote safe execution and ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and Management of Change (MOC) requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and risks, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful project completion with minimal disruption to plant operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of capital project experience, including at least 5 years managing brownfield or utility tie-in projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical manufacturing facilities.
  • Experience working in operating GMP manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP change control and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
  • Proven experience delivering projects without disrupting ongoing plant operations.
  • English required; Spanish strongly preferred.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience serving as an Owner's Representative on pharmaceutical capital projects.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and operations personnel.
  • Knowledge of utility systems, facility modifications, and brownfield construction practices.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety, GMP compliance, and project controls.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills in active manufacturing environments.
