The Marketing Manager for our Indianapolis, IN office will be a strategic, creative lead for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns that promote services and brand identity.
  • Work to link acquired brands to the overall portfolio brand (PACIV) for co-marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Oversee content creation, including digital assets, email marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for brand growth and lead initiatives to enhance market positioning.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years minimum in marketing management, with a proven track record of successful campaign creation and management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, SEO, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
