Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist               Office Location: USA (Indianapolis) 

PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions with offices in Puerto Rico, United States, and Ireland, and servicing the Life Sciences, F&B, WTP/WWTP and Utilities industries is looking for a full-time employed Talent Acquisition Specialist based at our USA office (Indianapolis, IN). 

Job Description: 

At PACIV, people are our most important resource, and we are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to become one of our key associates and help us find more people like them.  The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist candidate will have prior experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources and will have knowledge of screening, interviewing and general hiring practices.  This position must be fulfilled by someone who has a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers.   

Position Objectives 

  • Work closely with Operations Managers and Business Development Managers across all major PACIV offices (i.e. U.S., Puerto Rico, and Ireland) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations 

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent 

  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up 

  • Continuously partner with HR and Leadership Team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies 

  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Work and form relationships with interoffice management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications 

  • Develop and release job postings on all platforms, such as social media and job boards 

  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation 

  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and terminated employees, and other candidate relationships 

  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database 

  • Coordinate with HR to deliver final compensation package to potential candidates that are intended to be hired, and manage any follow-up negotiations, questions, or concerns they may have throughout the hiring process 

  • Manage and attend job and career fairs at colleges and universities to find prospective talent and advertise PACIV’s company profile 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related field 

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources 

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, database management (i.e. NetSuite) and internet search tools 

  • Familiarity with Job Boards (i.e. JazzHR, LinkedIN, InDeed, etc.), HR software and management systems 

  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e. phone, video call, in-person, etc.) 

  • Ability to travel, as needed 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources 

  • Knowledge of Automation and Validation Engineering job functions and responsibilities 

  • Understanding of Life Sciences, Food and Beverage and/or General Construction industries  

  • Proficiency with content management systems 

  • Experience developing recruiting strategy 

  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities 

Other Requirements 

Location:  Indianapolis 

Travel: Up to 15% of the time to various job and career fairs, PACIV offices in Ireland and Puerto Rico, and Recruiting training seminars outside of Indianapolis, IN 

Compensation 

Competitive Salary and Benefits Package, which includes:
