PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions servicing the Life Sciences sector, is looking for a Data Analytics & Validation to support the migration of reporting systems from Business Objects (BO) to Power BI within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate data transformation, validation, and compliance while delivering reliable, business-driven reporting solutions.

Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
  • Support migration of reports from BO to Power BI, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes from legacy systems into Power BI-ready datasets.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and datasets based on business requirements.
  • Develop new Power BI reports and visualizations aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Engage with business users to gather, document, and clarify reporting requirements.
  • Perform validation and reconciliation between BO and Power BI outputs.
  • Develop and execute test scripts to ensure report quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support ongoing Power BI enhancements, updates, and new BI initiatives across the site.
  • Document validation activities, test results, and data flows.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
  • Comply with site training requirements, data integrity policies, and validation procedures.
  • Provide additional reporting and analytics support as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) experience in regulated environments (preferably GMP).
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics and BI solution development.
  • Experience validating computer systems in regulated manufacturing operations.
  • Strong technical documentation skills in English (validation deliverables and test evidence).
  • Proven experience performing data reconciliation and validation between legacy and target systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Availability to support 24/7 manufacturing operations as needed.
